Earlier in the year, we announced our upcoming event, Techpoint Build West Africa 2020. Now in its third iteration, Techpoint Build has become a major tech gathering where we host innovators, startup founders, thinkers, programmers, and investors, among others.

This year’s edition has an impressive lineup of activities for three days. These include an investor tour, a themed hackathon, a startup competition, and our first-ever awards ceremony.

Lineup of activities for Techpoint Build West Africa 2020

Day 1: Thursday, April 30, 2020

  • Fintech industry breakfast, hosted in partnership with the Bank of Industry (BOI)
  • 24-hour hackathon
  • Investor tour
  • After-hours mixer with investors

Day 2: Friday, May 1, 2020

  • Main conference (technology conference, startup conference, and Pitch Storm startup competition finale)

Venue: Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos

Day 3: Saturday, May 2, 2020

  • Techpoint Awards 2020 dinner

Everyone is invited to Techpoint Build

Registration is required to participate in all of the above activities except the hackathon for which a separate registration will soon be announced.

Below are the different ticket classes available for the event and their corresponding perks.

Do note that the United States dollar figures are only applicable to international participants — people coming from outside the West African region.

Student Badge – ₦2,500

The same benefits as the general badge except that interested participants are required to present student ID cards during registration.

VIP Badge – ₦36, 300 ($100)

Day 3:

Investor Badge –  ₦72, 600 ($200)
