JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for the following:
1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
2. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
3. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
4. Manage relationships with partners/vendors
5. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
6. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
7. Write and submit reports to the CTO in all matters of importance
CANDIDATE PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
1. Master’s degree & International work/ study experience is a plus.
2. 10+ years’ experience managing a complex enterprise’s human resources, finances, operations and strategies.
3. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
4. Ability to make business projections three years into the future
5. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
6. Experience working with staff on all levels
