URGENT RECRUITMENT FOR A MEP PROJECT COORDINATOR
Our Client, a Mechanical, Electrical and Procurement Services Company which specialises in the installation of quality Electrical/Security and Mechanical works in a controlled, well-managed & professional manner is desirous of filling the following role with suitable candidate in terms of skills and experience.
Role: MEP Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• MEP Planning, Electrical Power and Lighting, Fire Alarm, Energy Management, Plumbing, HVAC.
• Evaluation tools for MEP matters along with prepare, review drawing, specification and cost estimates for the mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
• Efficient implementation of the construction plan.
• Efficient management of time and resources.
• Compliance with the industry’s safety standards.
• Weekly report and weekly look ahead.
• Delivery of Construction projects to time and budget.
• Work with existing Project team, manage MEP team on/off site and ensure daily activities are performed professionally with required building code standards adhered to.
Requirements
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
• Member of COREN & NSE will be an added advantage.
• At least 7 years of construction experience (Contracting Firm is an added advantage) with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing procedures and practices.
• Ability to review plans and specification according to plan and oversee the work of subordinate staff contact architects or Engineer.
• Ability to prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software. Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
