*URGENT VACANCY*
A leading Retail company in Nigeria with Head office in *Port Harcourt* is looking to fill the role of “Tenant Coordinator”.
A graduate of Estate Management or similar field will be suitable.
The person will be charged with the following responsibilities:
– Marketing of vacant retail spaces
– Letting vacant retail spaces
– Monitor/Follow up on new Tenant’s fitout via company’s in-house technician till Tenant finishes and starts trading
– Follow up with Tenants to complete all tenancy documentations
– Monthly preparation of Tenants electricity bills and follow up till payment is made
– Issue rent renewal demand notice to Tenants and follow up till payment is made
– Daily/Weekly reconciliation of Tenants electricity payments with Accounts department
– Daily/Weekly reconciliation of Tenants Rental payments with Accounts department
– Periodic update of Tenancy schedule
– Resolving Tenants complaints as quickly as possible
– Handling Tenants and prospective Tenants enquiries
