Vacancy exist in a Petroleum products’ Marketing and Hauling company.
Position: Accountant.
Location: Apapa Lagos.
Responsibilities:
– Complying with all company, local, state and federal accounting and financial regulations.
– Complying, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
_ Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profits and loss statements etc.
– Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
– Maintaining accurate financial records.
– Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
– Computing taxes
– Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
– Assisting management in the decision making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
– Years of experience an added advantage.
– Not more than 30 years of age.
– Must be proficient in written and oral English.
– Place of residence must not be too far from work place.
– Must be a fast learner.
– Must be ready to resume duties ASAP.
– Professional certification, an added advantage.
– Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
– Understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes.
– Good ethical behaviour.
