MTN Nigeria Communications PLC, has stated that it remains committed to continued engagement with the Private Telecommunications and Communications Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PTECSSAN), and its representatives via established channels
Uto Ukpanah, Company Secretary, in a statement made available to our correspondent, while reacting to the Company’s anti-workers activities, and the plans for an industrial action, stated that the Company has not received any such communication from PTECSSAN and as such is unable to validate or comment on the issue.
According to Ukpanah, “MTN Nigeria remains committed to continued engagement with PTECSSAN and if there are any concerns, we are sure that they will be brought to our attention and dealt with in a mutually beneficial manner”.
Esther Akinnukawe, MTN Nigeria’s Chief Human Resources Officer, while speaking on the matter, reiterated the Company’s people focus.
