Engr. Barnabas Iliya Gwaivang is a Deputy Director at University of Jos (Electrical Engineering Unit) currently running his PhD in Electrical Engineering, in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.

· Plant maintenance
· Design of high and low tension power supply network
· Design and construction of inverters using solar and wind power.
· Design of water and electricity networks with the aid of GIS
He is a registered engineer and a Corporate Member of the following bodies: Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (NIEEE).
