A startup consulting firm is currently looking to fill the role of HR Operations Executive.
*Core Functions* include:
*Recruitment
*Managing staff information
*Placements and monitoring of staff
*Organizing and facilitating training for staff
*Compiling Pay advice and Payroll
*Preparation of monthly staff reports
*Managing company vendors
*Experience*
*Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in consulting and 1 year in outsourcing operations.
*Minimum of BSC.
*ACIPM and other recognised HR certification is an advantage.
*Must have knowledge of payroll compilation and computing.
*Has managed over 50 outsourced staff
