Role: Facility Officer
Facility Operations
1. Routine inspection and coordination of cleaners as planned by the Administrators and or the Facility managers.
2. Regular follow-up with the Corrective work orders assigned to the Technicians on SmartOps and adherence to timeframes.
3. Continuous check and active follow-up on overdue tasks on PPM from SMARTOPS calendar by sending reminders to complete the scheduled tasks.
4. Constant tracking of SmartOps work orders with corresponding match uploaded into Sage sales orders and forwarded to the Account department for invoicing.
5. Daily documentation (through visual media i.e. images and videos) of the jobs/requests/projects relating to operations and a corresponding update on the appropriate Slack channel.
