• Manage the property units owned and managed by the company
• Identify property investment
• Tenant Satisfaction & Property Management
• Procurement & sale of Properties
• Management of Void Properties and Vacancies
• Management of Rent Collection
• Development of an effective and sustaining Property Management Team
Qualification: B.Sc. in Estate Management, Masters degree an added advantage
Years of Experience: 7 years and above in relevant position
Duties: Interns
• Preparing and maintaining lists of the company’s properties
• Assisting in transaction coordination
• Conduct research on potential investments
• Participating in the preparation of market analyses
• Involve in property inspection
• Marketing of company’s properties
Qualification: B.Sc. Estate Management
Duties: PA to CEO
• Supports the CEO by providing a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the CEO’s objectives, including a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel and visa arrangements.
• Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondences; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications where necessary.
Qualification: B.Sc. Business Administration or related field
Years of Experience: 5 years and above
