We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent customer relation skills for the position of Customer Service Representative.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing hospitable customer services to guests.
- The successful customer service representative must be persuasive and have trenmendous patience when dealing with guests.
- Ability to accomodate guest’s need with enthusiasm and poise.
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
- Good oral and written communication
