BACKGROUND

Historically, the idea for the National Engineering Science and Technology Essay Competition, NESTEC was conceived after an untoward incident at 2018 International Conference on Exhibition Power and Telecommunication, ICEPT held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State where students who participated in the technical competition were poorly rewarded.
