NASENI Establishment ACT CAP N3 LFN 2004
- Act of the National Assembly, CAP N3 LFN 2004, created the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (“the Agency“) as a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal that may sue or be sued;
- Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea e.t.c created similar institutions that propelled them out of the 3rd world bracket.
