Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job requirements
• Responsible for maintaining suitable and correct stock-levels of fast-moving goods – assessed weekly and reported on to Procurement & Operations Supervisor.
• Responsible for supervising Warehouse Staff and their expected performance deliverables.
• Responsible for arrangement and scheduling of Deliveries and Outward Supply Chain and ensuring all relevant Supply Documentation is correctly managed with Distributors/Transporters in compliance with Company SOPs.
• Responsible for Receipting of all Goods and Items Supplied – from both Local and International Suppliers and correct submission of all relevant documentation to relevant Departments.
Minimum Qualifications
• BSc/HND in relevant fields
• Excellent understanding Inventory and Warehousing Control Standards with prior experience of managing minimum of 3000+ Inventory SKUs’ per Warehouse.
• Understanding of ERP Systems – SAGE Pastel.
